The H4+ 2014 Annual Report of the H4+ Canada and Sweden Collaborations, published September 2015, looks closely at the work plans, activities, financials and other vital information from the H4+ Canada- and Sida-funded countries, as well as the global level. The 10 funded countries include Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Zambia and Zimbabwe*.
The H4+ partnership, which includes UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNICEF, UN Women, WHO and the World Bank Group, works closely with the national governments and partners to strengthen health systems, in particular for reproductive maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health issues, and address the root causes of maternal and child morbidity and mortality.
